Elvaris Technologies provides software tools, algorithms, and indicators for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading in financial markets (including forex, cryptocurrencies, stocks, and commodities) involves a high degree of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your initial investment. Past performance of our algorithms is not indicative of future results.

3. License and Access

Upon purchase or subscription, Elvaris Technologies grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our proprietary TradingView indicators for your personal trading. You may not distribute, resell, decompile, share your access, or reverse-engineer our software. Unauthorized sharing of invite-only scripts will result in immediate termination of your license without a refund.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Our products are offered on a recurring subscription basis unless a lifetime tier is explicitly purchased. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge the applicable subscription fees to your designated payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations prevent future billing, but access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, indicator source codes, visual interfaces, and trademarks are the exclusive property of Elvaris Technologies. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Elvaris Technologies, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of our indicators or services. You assume full responsibility for your trading decisions and executions.
