Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the digital, intangible nature of our products and invite-only TradingView indicator access, all sales are considered final. Once access is granted to our proprietary systems, we cannot revoke the knowledge or logic learned, making it impossible to "return" the product.
2. Subscription Cancellations
If you have purchased a recurring subscription, you may cancel it at any time from your billing dashboard. Canceling your subscription will stop all future charges. However, we do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining duration of your current billing cycle.
You will retain access to the indicators and community until the end of your paid period.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Elvaris Technologies management:
- Duplicate charges due to system errors.
- Failure to deliver access to your TradingView account within 48 hours, provided you have supplied the correct TradingView username.
4. Disputing Charges
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or dispute through your bank or credit card provider will result in an immediate lifetime ban from all Elvaris Technologies services, and the relevant evidence (including IP logs, TradingView access logs, and Terms acceptance) will be submitted to your financial institution.
